Mr Bodie, how will the year 7's hang with the older years in form

yeah i agree with mikey pilcher. Also, i must add that in each form, there will only be groups forming according to the years. eg.

year 7 in one corner

year 8 in an other

etc.. etc..

Whilst this will occur, it might have a chance of bulling and separating forms as they are now.

The forms will naturally have pockets of each year group who know each other well and sit together but I think you will be suprised at how quickly you mix outside of your year groups. Already around school there is plenty of cross year interaction and the differnces that exist between years are quickly overcome by the similarities that exist - I am sure all your friendships in and out of school are not as narrow as people born between 1st September and 31st August in the same year as yourself. What we have seen elsewhere is what we wish to achieve here which is different year groups comfortable to mix together, supporting each other and at ease in each others company.

With regards bullying, all schools we have seen have said they have seen a huge reduction in bullying since introducing Vertical Tutoring as students of different ages become much more aware of each other as people within the school.
